Assisstant Estimator

Part-time, entry level
position.
Ideal for Estimating or Construction Management student. An excellent
opportunity to gain real, hands-on experience.
Duties include:
Take-off and measurement
Construction cost estimating
Interact with clients to coordinate bid dates and project due dates
Miscellaneous correspondence and preparation of project documents and reports
Attend project site or client meetings if required
Ideal candidate:
Knowledge or willing to learn to read architectural plans and specifications
Knowledge or willing to learn to measure and quantify construction materials
Knowledge of basic computer office applications, spreadsheets, email
Position:
Located in Bethesda, MD ½ mile from the Bethesda and NIH Metro lines
Flexible part-time schedule for 2 or 3 days per week
Hourly salary commensurate with experience
