We provide conceptual estimates, as well as stage estimates and specialize in estimating for sustainable and/or LEED™ certified projects. MossCost particular knowledge and experience of the LEED™ process coupled with cost management expertise brings added value to the process of delivering sustainable design because decision-making is always based upon the validity of design choices in context of cost effectiveness.

We have a depth of experience in parametric, programmatic and conceptual cost engineering services, often involved in preparing cost plans and feasibility studies at project inception. Such cost plans and studies are rarely based upon hard design data and so require a thorough understanding of project intent and the construction process to produce useful results.

We are able to produce estimates in a variety of formats and we have experience using  MCACES and SUCCESS software.
