Megan has been managing people for as long as she can remember. She has been involved in the construction industry in one way or another for the past 15 years. When, due to the growth of the company, it became necessary to free up Jonathan to concentrate on the production and technical aspects of the business, it was obvious that she should take on a supervisory role.
Megan takes an active role in day to day company operations, leading the marketing effort and managing the
financial and human resources aspects of the business.
In addition to her work at Moss
Construction Cost Management, she is very involved with
the
Northeast Indiana Green Build Coalition
where she is serving her second year as president of that
organization. More information can be found at
www.neigbc.org.
With a firm belief in the value of sustainable construction, she has worked to make clients aware of the advantages of building green, and the cost savings that it can provide over the life of the building.
She recently completed a training course to become a LEED
Accredited Professional.
She graduated from Purdue University with a double major in Communication and French.
She has held supervisory roles at several of her positions, most notably as Editor-in-chief of a small newspaper. She admits, however, that managing her husband is perhaps her biggest challenge.

Regina Leffers, past president of the Northeast Indiana Green
Build Coalition and professor of Construction at IPFW said:
“I have had the opportunity to work with Megan Moss on a
regular basis for the last year. I have found Megan to be
one of the most creative, innovative, and hard-working
people that I have ever known. It is in large part because
of Megan's efforts that the Coalition is a thriving
organization, able to accomplish its goals of sustainable
education. I am extraordinarily grateful for Megan.”
