Due to growing budgetary concerns, provided independent schematic and design development estimate checks for 950,00SF hospital project and campus for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The project comprised an 8 story/795,000SF Medical Center with emergency care, surgical space, mortuaries, laboratory space (teaching and practice) and specialized treatment clinics. Other facilities included an 85,000 SF Nursing Care Unit and 23,000 SF of warehouse together with campus infrastructure, utilities tunnel and plant, generator building. image source
